Hitomi Sugita
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1987. In February 2023, she co-founded DH Products LLC, leveraging her diverse professional experience to launch an e-commerce retail business.
After graduating from the College of Business Management at J. F. Oberlin University, she worked as an esthetician—developing skills in customer service and client relationship management—before serving as an assistant store manager responsible for sales management and staff development. She then broadened her expertise across sales administration and web design. In her role as a sales administrator, she was primarily in charge of purchasing light bulbs and lighting equipment from manufacturers and wholesalers to supply commercial facilities. Her extensive experience in procurement and supplier relations serves as a vital foundation for her current business endeavors.
Going forward, she is dedicated to showcasing the quality of Japanese products worldwide, accelerating retail business through global e-commerce, and contributing to the growth of the economy.
David Shinsuke Sugita
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1972 and raised in Toronto, Canada. After graduating from Western University (The University of Western Ontario) in London, Ontario, he moved to Japan driven by a strong interest in Japanese culture. Leveraging his bilingual background and international upbringing, he entered the field of English education.
After teaching English for several years, he transitioned into the music industry and subsequently worked as a sales representative in telecommunications. Through his extensive background in sales across diverse industries, he has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. Known for his deep sense of responsibility, he approaches every project with meticulous attention to detail and dedication.
